Payroll
Agency-Services.com makes payment to workers on a weekly basis. Our pay week runs from Sunday to Saturday, so for example if you were to work Friday and Saturday 1 and 2 January, you will receive payment in your nominated bank / building society account Friday 8 January.
We administer all your PAYE / NI contributions and any other statutory deductions, for example student loans, providing you with peace of mind. Should you incur costs, such as for travel or other expenses for which advance approval has been given, which the assignment authorises, these too will be paid with your wages after the submission of an expense claim form with supporting documentation.
Time and Attendance
We use internet based time and attendance systems to ensure accurate billing to clients and payments to workers.
Some clients require you to book-in and out once you have arrived/departed their site, therefore you will be asked to make a phone call from a designated phone once at the Client's address, to confirm your attendance/departure. In addition, in all circumstances you will be required to complete a timesheet signed and authorised by the client. These systems are necessary to prove your time and attendance on site, avoid any discrepancies and answer any queries, whether from the client or you the worker.
This can be due to a number of reasons; a suitable role may not have been found, you failed to gain active registration status with us or you have not given the job seeking process enough time. In each of these cases should you want a definitive answer we guarantee to inform you about your progress within 24 hours of submitting your query.
No problem; we would ask you to feedback to an Agency-Services.com Manager your reasons for wishing to change workplace, but otherwise we can re-assign or end your assignment straight away.
In the unlikely event that, subsequent to assigning you to a Client, information came to light that gave us reasonable grounds to conclude you were unsuitable for that assignment, we would inform the Client immediately and end that assignment for you; reasonable care would be taken about any disclosure of the new information and its confidentiality would be maintained as far as would be reasonable.
