To ensure we’re able to meet client demands we have devised vetting procedures that are robust and thorough. Before we assign any worker 7 steps are followed:
Step 1: Right to work and identity check
Regardless of origin, all workers must prove who they are and their right to work in the U.K.; this helps fight fraud and illegal immigration
Step 2: Interview
Every worker is met in person and asked to complete a 5 year history record, helping us assess their experience
Step 3: Communication assessment
The written, reading and oral communication ability of the worker is assessed to ensure it is to a standard required
Step 4: Attitude assessment
A questionnaire is completed by the worker to ascertain their suitability for temporary work, particularly their willingness to see jobs through to the end
Step 5: References
Satisfactory references (at least 2 professional)
Step 6: Qualification validation
Wherever qualifications are held, their validity is substantiated
Step 7: Probity check
Credit worthiness check (optional)
